Our Philosophy

Results that last.

Most weight loss programs focus on the scale. We focus on your metabolism. Sustainable weight loss happens when your body's underlying systems, hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement, are actually working in your favor. Address those, and the scale follows naturally.

Our medical weight loss programs are designed to support metabolic health rather than rapid or restrictive approaches. Each plan is fully individualized and clinically guided, with regular follow-up to keep your care moving forward. Programs are available for both adults and pediatric patients.

What Makes Our Program Different

Your Program

What's included.

Every weight loss program is built individually, but most plans include a combination of the following components.

Nutritional Guidance

Personalized recommendations that work with your real life, your preferences, and your schedule, not generic meal plans.

Lifestyle Support

Sleep, stress, movement, and daily habits all influence your metabolism. We work on the whole picture, not just food.

Medication When Appropriate

When clinically indicated, your plan may include prescription medication to support fat loss, appetite, and metabolic health.

Regular Follow-Up

Frequent check-ins keep your plan accountable and adaptive. We adjust as your body responds and your goals evolve.

Lab-Guided Decisions

Laboratory testing helps us understand your metabolism, hormones, and nutrient status so your plan is built on data.

Long-Term Partnership

This isn't a one-month program. We're here for the duration, supporting both weight loss and maintenance.

Pair With

Peptide Therapy for Weight Loss

Many adult patients pair their weight loss program with our Metabolic Reset Peptide Package for added support with cravings, blood sugar, and fat loss. Ask whether peptides are a good fit for your plan.

Common Questions

Weight loss FAQ.

How much does the program cost?

Programs start at $125 and vary based on the specific care you need. Labs and any prescribed medications are billed separately. We'll review pricing transparently during your initial consultation so there are no surprises.

Is medication required?

No. Medication is one tool among many. When it's clinically appropriate and helpful, we'll discuss it as part of your plan, but plenty of patients achieve their goals through nutrition, lifestyle, and supportive therapies alone.

What kinds of medications might be prescribed?

When indicated, our prescribers may recommend FDA-approved weight loss medications or appropriate compounded options based on your individual situation. We always review benefits, risks, and alternatives so the decision is yours, made together.

Do you accept insurance for weight loss programs?

Our office operates on a cash-based model so you receive personalized care without insurance limitations. Bloodwork is sent to your preferred in-network lab and billed through your insurance, and we can provide a superbill after your visit for potential reimbursement.

How is the pediatric program different?

Pediatric programs emphasize healthy growth, habit-building, and family involvement rather than rapid weight loss. Goals are age-appropriate, focused on a healthy relationship with food and movement, and designed to support long-term well-being, not short-term numbers.

Can I combine weight loss with other services?

Yes, and many patients do. Common pairings include hormone optimization when imbalances are part of the picture, peptide therapy for added metabolic support, and IV therapy for energy and recovery. We'll always review your full plan to make sure it works well together.

How long does it take to see results?

Most patients start seeing measurable changes within the first 4 to 8 weeks, but real, lasting transformation typically unfolds over 3 to 6 months. We focus on sustainable progress rather than a fast finish, because what you build slowly tends to stay.
